Please note that, as GALAX strives to honor the best limited warranty in the business, we have<br \/>\nmade and will continue to make policy changes. Make sure you read this document carefully and check back for<br \/>\nupdates.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A) Products received by GALAX must arrive in original condition, perform to original specification, and be<br \/>\ncomplete with all original components to be covered by the protection.<br \/>\nB) Please pack the card with proper packaging (e.g. bubble wrap and antistatic bag) in order to prevent damage<br \/>\nduring transportation of the RMA product to us.<br \/>\nC) Please do not return any product that does not belong to GALAX or has not received RMA approval. We will<br \/>\ndispose of the rejected item upon receipt.<br \/>\nD) Returned defective product must include package tracking. In addition, GALAX recommends the RMA return<br \/>\nbe insured. GALAX is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged packages, damaged contents. Any obvious<br \/>\nsigns of damage that may have occurred during shipping will be reviewed by GALAX and the RMA may be<br \/>\nrefused and returned to shipper.<br \/>\nE) GALAX&#8217;s RMA Service to its sub-reseller is limited and we shall not be responsible for the condition of products<br \/>\nin the following situations:<\/li>\n<li>The warranty period has expired.<\/li>\n<li>The original fan\/cooler has been removed or modified.<\/li>\n<li>Any components have been removed \/ modified \/ added on the card.<\/li>\n<li>There is physical damage on the card (see below).<\/li>\n<li>RMA goods are damaged in transit as a result of improper packing. In this case, it will be treated as &#8220;Out of<br \/>\nwarranty&#8221;.
